1. Register an account on the SPPIM Portal at https://www.sppim.gov.my/v2/home
2. Log in and complete the marriage application form.
3. Upload required documents.
4. Submit the application for approval.
5. Upon approval, attend the marriage solemnization ceremony as scheduled.
